By submitting a layout, you give myspaceprodesigns.com permission to record and store your IP address in a remote file and share this information should it be requested by a US or International court. We will not share your IP with any non-government organizations or third parties unless requested by court order. For further information, please review our privacy policy.

3. By submitting a layout, you attest that graphics and coding are copyrighted to you or proper copyright credits are given to the copyright holder and claim that you have the right to distribute such graphics/coding. In addition, you give myspaceprodesigns.com the right to distribute your work without any liability or responsibility for damages incurred should portions of your layout violate copyright laws.

4. By submitting a layout, you give myspaceprodesigns.com permission to edit your coding as deemed necessary for correction of coding. We will never remove your name from the layout, even if we have to practically rewrite all of your code to make it work.

5. We reserve the right to remove any layout from our database for any reason. Most commonly, we will only remove layouts that contain copyrighted, pornographic, overly graphic, or illegal material.

6. DO NOT submit layouts containing pornography, gore, or promoting illegal activity. Please review our IRCA label for suitable material requirements. If you submit content which violates our terms or IRCA label, we will ban your IP and you will never be able to even access this site again...EVER.

7. Make sure you have enough bandwidth to handle lots of people using any graphics you may submit! A great host is Photobucket. They give 10 Gb of bandwidth for free accounts. It would be a good place for you host any images in your layout. If you want to submit more than 20 layouts, contact us and we'll host the images so you don't have to worry about bandwidth.

8. This entry will only allow stylesheets! If your layout requires divs or anything outside of the <style type="text/css"> coding </style>, please contact us.
